DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY OF RENTALS?
Yes we do. All rates on delivery are calculated on a per km basis from our premises to the offloading site.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No, there is no minimum order size. Please note, we still charge the same price for delivery if deliver is required.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Rates are dependent on products and the duration of the rental.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Due to equipment availability it is best advised to make bookings and deposit as soon as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
Bookings may be amended until 6 hours before delivery. Once delivered/collected, all equipment are booked out as "rented".

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
All payments are to be made via EFT before the event or cash on delivery. If late payment is arranged - an interest rate of 10% per month is applicable to all payments outstanding.
IF EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED/SHORT DELIVERED, WHAT DO I DO?
If any equipment is damaged/short delivered, report it immediately on site or before the event. Contact us on 0829014044. If not reported, it will be assumed that it got damaged/lost at the event.
MAY I USE TIFFANY CHAIRS ON GRASS?
Tiffany chairs are mainly used on solid flat surfaces. If used on grass - it is done at your own risk and damages are to be charged out by Party Time if there is any damages to the chairs.
MAY I RIG THE TENT MYSELF?
We value your safety and the safety of the people at the event, thus we only do rigging our self with all our tents. All tents are only to be rigged by Party Time.
DOES THE TENT PRICE INCLUDE ENGINEERING CERTIFICATES?
No, all tent prices are excluding any extras. All extras has an additional fee.
WHAT DO I NEED IF I COLLECT THE EQUIPMENT MYSELF?
All customers that collect equipment on their own vehicles need the following:
- Suitable size vehicle for the load
- Tie down straps/ropes
- Proof of residence (New customers)
- ID copy (New customers)
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK?
Deposits are paid back within 10 working days.
DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT RENTED?
Yes some of the equipment need to be cleaned or else we charge an additional cleaning fee.
- Cutlery, crockery and glasses to be returned clean
- Table cloths we will wash
- Other items to be returned in a reasonable clean condition.
